Dispute Resolution

Before referring to the Court with a complaint of disputes arising from the relationship between the user and the site administration, it is mandatory to submit a complaint (proposals in electronic form for voluntary settlement of disputes).

The recipient of the complaint shall electronically inform the claimant of the results of the examination within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the complaint.

If the parties fail to reach an agreement, the dispute will be submitted to a judicial authority in accordance with applicable law.
